Refunds and Cancellation

Version 1.0 · effective 27 September 2026 · bundle 40496e96b33d

Nothing is sold on this website, so there is nothing here to refund. Purchases happen inside inaff and inside commentrs, and each publishes its own refund and cancellation policy. This document says where to go, and what your statutory cancellation rights are wherever you bought.

1Nothing is sold on this site

appsithink.com has no shop, no checkout, no subscription and no account. There is no field on this site that takes a card number and no page that completes a purchase. If you believe you paid Apps I Think through this website, something has gone wrong and you should contact us at support@appsithink.com straight away, because it was not us.

That matters for a practical reason: a charge on your statement naming this company came from one of the products or from an app store, not from here, and knowing which one is the first step to getting it back.

2Where the money actually changes hands

inaff sells a consumer subscription, and sells credits to venues. Both are described, priced and refunded under the inaff Terms of Service and the inaff refunds policy at inaff.app/refunds.

commentrs sells an in application currency, a paid tier, and promotion for posts. Those are described, priced and refunded under the commentrs Terms of Service and the commentrs refunds policy at commentrs.com/legal/refunds.html.

Where either application was installed from Google Play and the purchase was made through the store, the payment was taken by Google Play Billing rather than by us, and Google's own refund process applies to it. That route is usually faster than asking us, because Google holds the transaction.

Each product's policy is the one that governs its own sales. This page is a signpost and nothing in it overrides, extends or shortens anything written there.

3Your statutory rights, wherever you bought

If you are a consumer, the law of the country you live in gives you cancellation and refund rights that a contract cannot remove. In the European Union and the United Kingdom that normally includes a right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days, subject to the rules that apply to digital content supplied immediately.

Nothing in any document we publish is intended to reduce those rights, and where one of our terms is less favourable to you than your local law, your local law applies and our term does not. This repeats section 10 of the Terms of Use deliberately, because somebody reading a refunds page should not have to find it somewhere else.

Each product's refunds policy sets out how the withdrawal right works for that product, including the point at which immediate supply of digital content affects it. Read the one for the product you bought.

4Commercial agreements are not consumer sales

If you are a business that has signed an agreement with us, for a partnership, a sponsorship, a venue arrangement or anything else, that agreement governs how it is paid for and how it ends. Consumer refund rules do not apply to it, and neither does this page.

As section 6 of the Terms of Use says, a quotation or a rate card is an invitation to discuss rather than a binding offer, so there is nothing to refund until there is a signed agreement and a payment under it.

Those conversations go to partnerships@appsithink.com.

5Getting hold of a person

For anything about a charge, a refund or a cancellation, write to support@appsithink.com. It is read by a person, it is never automated, and it is the right address even when the answer turns out to be that another company took the payment.

Tell us the date, the amount, the currency and which product you think it relates to. We do not receive your card number and we cannot look you up by it, so those four things are what let us find the transaction.

Apps I Think is registered at Your Real Address or Registered Agent Address, which is where a formal notice about a payment can be sent if you would rather send one.
